Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition you received it in
• It must be unused and unworn
• It must have all original tags
• It must be in the original packaging
• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

How to return an item:

1. Contact us at info@augusts.eu to start the return process.
2. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
3. We will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your item.
4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label.

Return shipping costs:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if your item is not damaged or broken in transit.
• If your item is damaged or broken in transit, please contact us to arrange for further action.

Refunds:

• Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved or not.
• If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and errors:

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
• We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions:

• Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
• We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the existing item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal:

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an item is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused and unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

• We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If it is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
