We can send goods anywhere in the European Union. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order before payment.

After handing over the order to the supplier, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This email will contain a tracking number that will allow you to follow the status of your shipment.

Orders within Latvia will be delivered by DPD Express within 2-3 days.

Lithuanian and Estonian orders will be delivered by DPD Express within 3-5 days from the moment of delivery.

For orders in the European Union, we use the DPD or TNT service, which will deliver the shipment within 5 - 7 days after leaving our warehouse.

Delivery costs depend on the recipient's country, the weight and value of the goods. To see shipping costs, go to checkout. You will see the shipping costs before paying.

Looking for a gift, but don't know what to give? Our gift card will allow your friend or family member to choose the gift themselves. Gift cards are delivered by DPD or digitally. You can also buy a gift card in our store, in person.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to return gift cards in our e-shop.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the time of payment.

If the order is damaged or any of the items are broken, please notify us by sending a photo of the item along with the order number within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or refund. Contact by e-mail: info@augusts.eu

We always make sure that our customers are satisfied with the product they received, but if you still want to return the order, we are happy to help.

Please note:

• The goods must be in suitable packaging and in their original, unused condition.
• If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, a refund or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
